Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer monetary refunds and all the sales are final but we will honor exchanges. Please measure your dog and refer the sizing chart to determine the size you purchase. (If the size is marginal, larger size is recommended).
When you receive your order, please follow the enclosed instruction and try the Cool Vest(s) on fitting without soaking. If the size you purchased did not fit well on your dog, please contact us first and get instruction where and how to send it. You can call at 212-505-0320 or email us with subject line "Exchange Request" at order@gramercydistribution.com. The Exchange accepting address is different from the address the package was shipped from. If the item(s) is(are) sent back to wrong address without our knowledge and get lost, we are not responsible for the loss.
To exchange, product(s) must remain in unused condition (=not soaked and not soiled) in undamaged original package(s). We cannot exchange if the product(s) has been used (=soaked in water) , damaged or soiled by you or your pet(s). All exchanges must be arranged within 2 weeks from the date you received and it must be paid for by you. All original shipping charges apply and are not subject to refund.
In the case, any of the current Cool Vest® sizes doesn't fit for your dog, we offer exchange with other dog clothes that are available at Gramercy Pet Boutique.
If we have sent you wrong item(s), we will arrange a pickup and you’ll receive correct item without extra charges.
If you receive damaged merchandise, please call us ASAP (latest within 72 hours) at 212-505-0320. |
